An anniversary must be appreciated. It is an excellent occasion to meet friends, companions and customers and to present yourself and the company in the best light.
No matter whether it is the 25th anniversary, the 100th branch office or the 60th birthday of the company’s founder – an anniversary is prestigious in any case. To make such an occasion an unforgettable event, special attention must be paid to careful planning.
Creativity without limits
This starts already with the selection of the guests and the invitation. Whom and how many people do I invite? What expectations do these guests have? What style does the invitation have?
As with the catering, almost everything is possible here. Event practice shows that little somethings are often enough to create something new. For example it is possible to have the caterer create your own drink or a dish with special ingredients. No limits are set to your imagination and creativity. However, it should fit the anniversary and the event organiser. The same applies for the different types of catering service, for example “American service” (food served on plates), “French service“ (food served on platters) or the “English service“ (food served on a cart).
Also the show number for an anniversary may vary widely, depending on your taste, requirements, location and budget. Especially a custom-made stage show where the particularities of the respective company are taken into consideration is an image factor that must not be underestimated, because virtually everything from company history to product presentations can be conveyed in a very special manner.
Give-aways for the guests
Great importance can also be attributed to give-aways for the guests. For this purpose, it would be sensible to think about the guests and their preferences. The best effect is achieved by small presents with sentimental or personal value, which can definitely be realized for up to 250 persons: The wine lover receives for example a bottle of wine, the sports fan will get a voucher for the gym. That way you show your guests a high degree of individual appreciation. This goes down well and people will remember it for a long time.
