Large hall (Section 3) with approx. 300 sqm
Authorized for 250 persons
Small hall (Section 4) with approx. 215 sqm
Authorized for 200 persons

Contract approval
The contract for an event at the Palmery at the Burggarten has to be approved by the Federal Garden Administration.

Liability Insurance for Event Organizer
According to the contract that has to be signed with the rental of the building, the organizer is to be holding liable for all damages to the federal property caused by himself or a guest during the course of the event. The organizer is obliged to sign a liability insurance covering damages and to show the insurance policy after signing of contract.

Attendant Personnel
For the duration of an event as well as during put-up and clearing of location attendant personnel has to be present at the palmery. Organizer will be charged.

Security
Since 10th June 2004 there is a rule that security personnel has to be present in the area of the Palmery in the Burggarten during the course of events.

Toilets at the Burggarten
During an event the cleaning of the toilets at the Burggarten have to be looked after by attendant. Organizer will be charged.

The use of the cabins will be additionally charged
with 0,50 € per person.

Cleaning
The cleaning of the location will be charged to the organizer.

Catering
For the culinary part of the event our company own Event Catering will be available. Please contact
+43/2230/34 84-0.

Of course it is up to you to bring your own catering company. In that case you will be charged 5,00 € per guest by Event Catering Siegfried Hasil.

The Restaurant im Palmenhaus (Mag. Boehm) does offer catering services as well.

Rental costs for the Palmery at the Burggarten are charged per time used. Final invoicing is based on actually spent hours. Each hour started will be fully charged. Changes and errors expected.
