Herbs Buffets: Innovative, vital and healthy

Since some years not only well-known cultivated herbs but also gardeners grow more wild herbs. Wild herbs are those herbaceous plants for consumption growing in local meadows and fields or at the riverside and in the woods. In Europe there are approximately 15.000 eatable wild plants and even more wild herbs available.

Tasting more intensively

Blooms of daisies or leaves of dandelion may be used for salads. Wild chives are perfect for seasoning. Nettles can be used like spinach.
